    Meet Devin Devin Gary Founder & CEO Speaker, Coach, Author About Me. Devin is a devoted husband and father of two whose love of sports has shaped his appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and leadership. I love serving others, I love reading, Avid golfer, Passionate about mentoring the next generation, competing in some way shape or form, and doing things that challenge me. Once an athlete always an athlete, so my mind continues to operate and think as if I were in game situations. Now as a speaker and coach I help others through their in game situations to get the best outcomes. Whether that's needing a motivational talk, shifting positions, starting over, training, etc... My job, my mission is to help you be in the best position to succeed. This is who I am. My Why I speak and coaches because I've seen what happens when people are expected to lead, perform, and succeed without the internal tools to do so. Too often, individuals and teams struggle not because they lack ability, but because they lack awareness, confidence, and a healthy mindset. I’ve witnessed the impact of people feeling unseen, unheard, or unsure of their value. I’ve also seen the transformation that happens when they’re given the space, language, and tools to grow from the inside out. My work centers on mindset, awareness, teamwork, purpose, and leadership because those foundations shape how we think, connect, and show up for ourselves and others. When these areas are strengthened, people communicate better, lead with intention, and build stronger, more aligned lives and teams. I don’t believe in surface-level motivation. I believe in honest conversations, practical strategies, and growth that lasts. Whether on stage or in coaching, my goal is to equip people to own their voice, lead with authenticity, and move forward with clarity and purpose.     Our Journey Our journey to becoming a 501(c)(3) began with a deep conviction: the next generation is often trapped. Trapped in cycles, lies, and distractions that promise much but deliver little. We’ve seen youth in the justice system, students, and athletes held back by limiting beliefs, a lack of awareness, a lack of exposure, and unhealthy influences. But we also saw something else; something more powerful. We realized that transformation, success, and purpose aren’t found "out there." They’re already within them. The problem isn't potential. It’s perspective. We believe transformation begins in the mind, with a renewed way of thinking that unlocks what’s already inside. Through mentorship, programs, and real conversations, we help young people discover that the person they aspire to be isn't far off. That version of themselves; the confident, capable, successful one is already within reach. We don’t just speak hope; we work to reveal identity. We don’t just push change; we work to unlock what’s already there. At Renewed Minds, we challenge the next generation to see themselves differently, think differently, and live differently. Because when the mind is renewed, life begins to transform. Our Core 5 Principles (RENEW) At Renewed Minds, transformation isn’t random; it’s rooted in intentional growth. That’s why we walk youth through our Core 5 Principles, represented by the word R.E.N.E.W. These principles serve as the foundation of our mentorship, programs, and conversations. They guide how we challenge the mind, develop identity, and inspire lasting change. 01 Realization (Awareness) We cultivate self-awareness, helping students recognize their strengths, challenges, and potential. By fostering a mindset of growth and understanding, they can navigate their paths with clarity and purpose. 02 Engagement (All-In) We inspire the next generation to fully commit to their goals, embracing challenges with enthusiasm and determination. Our programs encourage an "all-in" attitude, empowering students to invest wholeheartedly in their education and athletic pursuits. 03 Nobility (Character) We prioritize character development, instilling values such as integrity, respect, and compassion. By nurturing noble qualities, we prepare students to become responsible leaders who positively impact their communities. 04 Execution (See It Through) We teach the importance of perseverance and follow-through, equipping the next generation with the skills to execute their plans and see them through to completion.     Our Work These are a few of the amazing companies, schools, and people that we've had the opportunity to take through our programming. We look forward to continuing this work with you in the future. 01 Chick-Fil-A (McCalla, AL) The team at Chick-Fil-A in McCalla, AL is hungry to grow and get better. We split their leaders into 2 groups and I meet with each group once a month. Some amazing leaders are being invested in and will be launched from this CFA location into their purpose. 02 Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers We've had the honor of investing in the future of Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. Employees that show and operate at high levels are chosen to go through the companies MIT (Manager In Training) program. This program develops them all around and prepares them to be the leaders that their fellow team members the company needs. 03 Jefferson County Youth Detention Center We have the honor of investing in the residents at the JCYDC. Through connecting through activities and our programming, we are taking the steps to help them understand themselves and make better decisions. 04 Fairfield High Preparatory School I've had the privilege of working with the student a thletes at Fairfield High Preparatory School this year. Mainly worked with the football team on mindset and team chemistry. Out of this was birthed our nonprofit conference for student athletes called Renewed Minds.
